Judgment S. Rajeswaran, J. The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the third respondent dated 10.08.2013 against her husband, branding him as a “Black Marketeer” under Section 3(1) r/w. 3(2)(a) of the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980) 2. Mr. A.N. Thambidurai, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner dated 10.08.2013 in Cr.M.P.No.35/BM/2013 (E1) on the files of the third respondent is revoked on the opinion expressed by the Advisory Board by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.Rt.No.399, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E2) Department, dated 24.09.2013 and produced a copy of the said order. 3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
