Judgment : 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has already been settled out of Court and the revision may be dismissed as infructuous. An endorsement has also been made on the petition to that effect. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
