ORDER 5.2.2013 : Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocate. 2.This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to disburse the enhanced differential arrear dues of Rs. 300/- per month from 01.04.2011 till payment of full legitimate Old Age Pension amount of Rs. 500/- each month as Government have decided to pay the beneficiaries, who have completed 80 years of age as on 01.04.2011. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have filed a representation before the Collector, Balasore-opposite party No. 1 on 07.01.2013 highlighting their grievance, no action has been taken as yet. 4.After hearing learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion with regard to merits of the case, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing opposite party No. 1 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners on 07.01.2013 after verifying their Voter Identity Cards, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Petition disposed of.
