Judgment The Learned counsel for the Petitioner informs this Court that the Petitioner is withdrawing the Writ Petition, with a liberty to apply again if necessary. Also, the Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition typed-set of papers to that effect. Recording the fact, "the Petitioner is withdrawing the Writ Petition", this Court dismisses the present Writ Petition as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
