JUDGMENT 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner in both the writ petitions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions and also made an endorsement to that effect in the typed set of both the writ petitions. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact, both the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
