Judgment M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the second respondent to produce the detenue, namely, Annalakshmi, the wife of the petitioner, aged 38 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2. Today, when the matter was listed for hearing, the detenue had been produced before this Court, by the second respondent police. 3. On enquiry, the detenue had stated that she had certain misunderstandings with the petitioner and therefore, she had gone away to live with her relatives, at Nagercoil. She had further stated that she is willing to go with the petitioner and live with him in their matrimonial home. 4. In view of the said submission made by the detenue, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
