Judgment : We have heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties and perused the case diary. Having considered the materials in the case diary, we find that the allegation is essentially against the husband in contracting a second marriage. The petitioners are the in-laws of the victim. The allegations against them are general and omnibus in nature. We are, therefore, of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary in the facts of the instant case. We, as such, direct that in the event of arrest of the petitioners, namely, Rafiq Mondal, Uzir Mondal and Hasina Bibi, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 2,000/-(Rupees two thousand) only each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer, subject to the conditions as laid down in sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.
