Judgment 1. Though, the writ petition is filed challenging the order of the third respondent, dated 04.10.2007 and consequently seeking for a direction to the third respondent to disburse the entire service and monetary benefits as per the representation, dated 30.10.2007, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner confines his relief, if the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 30.10.2007 is directed to be considered by the third respondent. 2. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, I only direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.10.2007 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
