JUDGMENT : Heard on admission. 2. The petitioner has filed this criminal revision under section 397/401 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 12.3.2013 passed by Special Judge, District Vidisha (MP) in criminal case no. 37/10 dismissing the application filed by the accused for further investigation under section 173 (8) and 91 of Cr. P. C. on the ground that there are some admissions of the father of the deceased Bharat Singh and C. D. of which has been prepared by some persons which goes to show that accused has been falsely implicated. 3. The statement of father of the deceased was recorded on 12.1.2011 and application has been filed on the day when the case was fixed for final arguments after closure of the evidence. Filing of the application after such a long delay of 2 years and 4 months shows that the application has been filed with a view to linger on the trial. Therefore, looking to the final stage of the trial, no interference in revisional jurisdiction is required, therefore, criminal revision is dismissed.
