Judgment :- 1. The prayer in this writ petition is as follows:- “For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ, directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to continue in service as P.G. Assistant (Tamil) in the 4th respondent school upto the end of the academic year 2007-2008 i.e., till 31.05.2008 with all attendant benefits, and pass such further or other suitable Orders/Orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, and thus render justice.” 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by way of an interim order granted by this court, the petitioner was permitted to continue in the employment till the end of the academic year 2007-2008 and also got all the monetary benefits out of such re-employment. Accordingly, the learned counsel submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petitioner has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
