JUDGMENT : N.V. ANJARIA, J. 1. The convict prisoner through this application prays for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to treat himself out side the jail. The ailment shown and as transpiring from the certificate dated 10.01.2013 issued by the Medical Officer, Central Jail Dispensary, Ahmedabad is in the nature of low backache and some numbness. Certificate shows that convict was examined by the Orthopedic Surgeon Civil Hospital Ahmedabad and also treated in the jail dispensary by the Orthopedic expert. The convict is undergoing sentence for the offences under the NDPS Act. 2. Heard learned APP Mr. Pujari for the Respondent-State and learned Standing Counsel Mr. K.T. Dave for the Central Government. 3. In the facts and circumstances, no case is made out for granting temporary bail, however, it is observed that jail authority shall continue to provide medical treatment properly and adequately to the applicant for his ailment 4. With the aforesaid observation, the application is dismissed.
