ORDER : 1. Heard Mr. H.N. Salve, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and Mr. H.P. Raval, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. 2. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances and also various reasons stated in the application though we are not inclined to extend time as prayed for by the applicant, however, we extend further time to surrender by another four weeks' from tomorrow i.e. 18th April, 2013. 3. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. Mr. H.N. Salve, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant assured that no further petition will be moved in future. The above statement is recorded. With the above direction, Crl.M.P. for extension of time to surrender is disposed of.
