Judgment : The petitioner contends that due to lack of communication with his learned lawyer, he was unable to appear before the trial court. In view of such submission, I dispose of this revisional application by directing stay of warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner for a period of six weeks from date. In the meantime, the petitioner shall appear before the trial court and shall pray for regular bail in accordance with law. In the event, the petitioner fails to do so, the order issuing warrant of arrest shall stand revived and be executed in accordance with law. Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, will be made available to the applicant within a week from the date of putting in the requisites.
