Judgment 1. Heard Mr. J. Bharathan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that as per the earlier order of this Court dated 06.12.2012, the Commissioner proceeded with his mission and at that time, he found that the keys relating to the box containing the votes are missing; whereupon it seems that the Commissioner filed a memo before the Lower Court seeking permission to break-open the ballot box. However, the Court has not passed orders on that and the matter is dragged on. 3. I am of the opinion that it is for the Court to take a quick decision in matters of this nature and pass orders. Hence, a direction is issued to the Lower Court to pass suitable orders in the memo within a period of five days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
