JUDGMENT The warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner in the year 2006 is impugned in this revisional application. The revisional application is barred by limitation. Accordingly, the revisional application is not entertained. However, the petitioner is at liberty to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri and pray for regular bail in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application is disposed of.
