JUDGMENT 1. At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made the following endorsement: "Revision Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Civil revision Petitioner with liberty to approach the trial Court under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC." (Extracted as such) 2. As such, the above endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner is recorded and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is given to the revision petitioner as prayed for. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
