Judgment : Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioners submits that prayer for adjournment was turned down by a non-speaking order. Under such circumstances, I dispose of the revisional application directing suspension of the impugned order dated April 24, 2013 issuing warrant of arrest upon the petitioners for a period of four (4) weeks from date. In the meantime, petitioners shall appear before the learned Magistrate and pray for regular bail. In the event, the petitioners fail to do so, the warrant of arrest shall stand revived and will be executable in accordance with law.
