Judgment :- 1. At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
