Judgment :- S. Nagamuthu, J. 1. The petitioner is the father of one Kalaimagal, aged 28 years. She is a graduate having M.A., M.Phil. to her credit. According to the petitioner, on 04.12.2012 at 09.00 a.m., she went for an interview in a private college at Trichirappalli and thereafter, she did not return. In this regard, the petitioner made a complaint to the respondents. But, no action has been taken is the grievance of the petitioner. 2. When this Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that Kalaimagal has married one D.Tamil Vendhan on 01.03.2010 and the said marriage is also registered in certificate No. 5/2010, dated 01.03.2010. According to the second respondent, she is residing at No.2/89A, Azadgarh Regent Park, Tollygunje, Kolkotta. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the affidavit filed by Kalaimagal in W.P.No.650 of 2013 before this Court, wherein she has narrated about the marriage and her living with the husband. In that writ petition, he has requested for Police protection for a peaceful life with her husband Tamil Vendhan. 4. In view of the above, we do not find any materials to infer that the detenue is under illegal detention. Therefore, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
