Judgment :- 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of E.P.No.38 of 2010 in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2002, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Nilakkottai. 2. Heard both sides. 3. The learned Counsel for the respondent prays time on the ground that a compromise talk is going on. 4. Whereas the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that no such talk is going on. 5. The prayer in the Civil Revision Petition is innocuous to the effect that the revision petitioner wants a direction to the lower Court for speedy disposal of the E.P. 6. I could see considerable force in the submission of the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner and accordingly, the following direction is issued: The lower Court shall do well to see that E.P.No.38 of 2010 in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2002is disposed of as early as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment in disposing of the same. 7. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
