JUDGMENT 1. When this Civil Revision Petition was listed on 02.01.2013 there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner and hence this Civil Revision petition was directed to be listed under the caption, "for dismissal" on 03.01.2013. Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
