Judgment : The petitioner is the son of the de facto complainant in the instant case. It is his contention that the trial in the instant case is being delayed unnecessarily. In view of such fact, I direct the trial Court to consider the issue with regard to framing of charge on the next date of hearing and, in the event the charge is framed, to proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. The revisional application is, accordingly, disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
