JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the second respondent to secure the detenue, namely, T.Soundareswari, aged 38 years, the daughter of the petitioner, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2. Today, when the matter was listed for hearing, the second respondent police had produced the detenue before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue had stated that she is living alone and she had stated that she is not willing to go along with the petitioner, who is her father. She had also stated that she had filed a divorce case before the Court concerned to obtain a divorce decree against her husband, Thirugnana Shanmugam. 3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the present Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
