Judgment :- Jayanta Kumar Biswas, J. Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner wants to produce certain documents showing subsequent developments, he has decided not to press this CRM for bail, so that he may file a fresh CRM – complete in every respect. Advocate for the state has left the matter to our discretion. We are of the view that the prayer should be allowed. Hence we allow the prayer. The CRM is dismissed. Leave is granted to take back the certified copies of the orders keeping authenticated xeroxes thereof in the records of the case.
