Judgment :- 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2010, pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner. 3. The learned Senior Counsel for the revision petitioner would echo the cri de coeur and heart burns of his client to the effect that the revision petitioner filed the H.M.O.P. seeking divorce as against his wife/respondent; however the matter has been dragged on at the instance of the respondent. Hence, the learned Senior Counsel for the revision petitioner would pray for a suitable direction to the lower Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame. 4. I am of the view that the matrimonial proceedings should be conducted expeditiously. 5. The learned Senior Counsel would also submit that there is no interim maintenance order in the H.M.O.P. and there are no arrears for that matter payable by the petitioner to the respondent. 6. In view of such representation made by the learned Senior Counsel for the revision petitioner, I would like to pass the following direction to the lower Court: The lower Court shall do well to see that H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2010 is disposed of as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment in disposing of the same. 7. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
