ORDER 1. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the Civil Revision Petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
