Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel for the review petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the review application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the review petitioner, the review application is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
