JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the detenue had been secured and therefore, he is not pressing the present Habeas Corpus Petition. He had also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and based on the endorsement made, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
