ORDER 1. Petitioner Puran Chand in person present. Respondent Kamal Dass also in person present. Perusal of records reveals that learned counsel for petitioner had moved an application for withdrawal of revision petition on 3.5.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to produce Puran Chand. Today, Statement of Puran Chamd has been recorded and statement of respondent Kamal Dass has also been recorded be made part of file. On perusal of the file, it reveals that an application for bringing on record of LRs of Motti Ram has been filed and nobody is prosecuting the application for bringing up on file LRs of Motti Ram deceased, it appears that they have lost interest in prosecution of that application which is dismissed in default for want of prosecution file also reveals that petitioner no. 3 is also no more in this universe as per order dated 2.1.2013 passed in file . Accordingly application for bringing on record LRs of Motti Ram is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Present revision petition is also dismissed as withdrawn by the petitioner Puran Chand. File be consigned to records room after due compilation and record of lower court be sent back forthwith.
