ORDER : 1. Heard counsel on either side. 2. Mr. C.A. Sundaram, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Bidder, filed I.A. Nos.28-30 of 2011 in I.A. 84-86/2010 in SLP (Civil) No(s).8398-8399 & 12415 of 2005 seeking clarification of the order passed by this Court dated 07.05.2008. 3. Mr. R.K. Khanna, learned Additional Solicitor General of India, appearing for the Union of India submitted that the interests of the workers have not been taken care of by the Auction Purchaser. Workers also maintained the same stand. 4. Considering the fact that the Management of the Super Bazar is in total disarray and also considering the fact that there are 154 branches of Super Bazar spread over Delhi and NCR and interest of approximately 1030 workers’ is also involved. Learned Additional Solicitor General submitted that it would explore the possibility of floating a scheme so that finality could be reached on various issues that have come up for consideration before this Court. 5. Mr. Sundaram submits that they will comply with the scheme and business plan, as already approved by this Court. Submission recorded. 6. Government would hear all the interested parties including the petitioners as well as the Workers Union etc., if it proposes to formulate any new scheme. 7. Under such circumstances, the matters stand adjourned to 23.07.2013. 8. Parties should complete their pleadings before the next date of hearing.
