Judgment :- M. Jaichandren, J. 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the detenu had been secured. He had requested this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition. He had also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and based on the endorsement made, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
