ORDER : I.A. Nos. 27-28 in W.P.(C) No. 306/2004 1. These Interlocutory applications have been filed by the Medical Council of India (for short, 'MCI') for revising the time schedule for counseling/admission in terms of its letter No.MCI-18(1)/2013/Med./8917-19 dated 22.05.2013 for the academic year 2013-14. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the earlier orders passed by the Court and the letter dated 22.05.2013, the time schedule is extended to 31.07.2013 for all purposes. 3. Needless to say, it would be obligatory on the part of the MCI to transfer the seats from the Central Quota to the respective States much in advance to avoid any kind of confusion and further the revised schedule, as fixed by us, is maintained. This extension of time is applicable to the MBBS and DMS and their post-graduation courses restrictively for the academic year 2013- 14 only. 4. These Interlocutory Applications are, accordingly, allowed. I.A. 1 in T.C.No.7/2013 5. I.A. is disposed of in terms of the order passed in I.A. Nos.27-28 in W.P.(C) NO.306/2004. W.P. No. 321/2013 6. In view of the order passed hereinabove, no order is required in this writ petition and the same stands dispose of. I.A.NOS.8-9 IN T.C.(C)No.98/2012, I.A.NO.1 IN T.C. (C)No.58/2013 & I.A.NO.1-3 IN T.C.(C)No.132-134/2012 7. These Interlocutory Applications filed by the States of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka also stand disposed of in terms of the order passed in I.A. Nos.27-28 in W.P.(C) NO.306/2004.
