JUDGMENT 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of O.S.No.22 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Pattukkottai. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner. 3. The learned Counsel for the revision petitioner/9th defendant would echo the cri de coeur and heart burns of his client to the effect that the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2010 filed by the plaintiffs is pending ever since the year 2010 onwards without any progress. Hence, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner would pray for a suitable direction to the lower Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame. 4. I could see considerable force in the submission of the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner and accordingly, the following direction is issued: The lower Court, shall do well to see that O.S.No.22 of 2010 is disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no stay by any Court and if there is no legal impediment for disposing of the same. 5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
