JUDGMENT : Dev Darshan Sud, J. Petitioner challenges Annexure P-3 calling upon the petitioner to deposit purported excess amount from the period April 1987 to June 2011. We find that this order is not the final order and only show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner to explain his position. 2. In these circumstances, we dispose of this petition with a direction that no recovery shall be effected from the petitioner till the proceedings are disposed of. Petitioner be given chance of hearing and place other and further material on record in support of his contention. We also direct that the proceedings shall be disposed of by passing a reasoned and a speaking order. With the aforesaid observations, petition is disposed of, as also the pending application(s), if any.
