JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner who would echo the heart-burns of his client to the effect that the first respondent filed the I.A. No.513 of 2011 to implead the petitioner as proposed defendant in the suit and the petitioner filed a counter; but so far the first respondent has not cooperated for the disposal of the said I.A. Hence, he would pray for a direction to the Lower Court for early disposal of the I.A.No.513 of 2011. 2. In these circumstances, I would like to mandate thus: The Lower Court shall do it well to see that the I.A.No.513 of 2011 is disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment in disposing of the same. 3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
