Judgment :- M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, had submitted that a case had been registered against the detenus in Crime No.30 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent. Thereafter, the detenus had been arrested and remanded to judicial custody before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram, on 29.01.2013 and therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
