Judgment :- 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of I.A.No.632 of 2012 in O.S.No.209 of 2012 pending on the file of the Wakf Tribunal(Principal Subordinate Court), Tirunelveli. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the revision petitioners. 3. The learned Counsel for the revision petitioners would echo the cri de coeur and heart burns of his client to the effect that I.A.No.632 of 2012 in O.S.No.209 of 2012 filed by the petitioners is pending without any progress. Hence, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioners would pray for suitable direction to the lower Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame. 4. I could see considerable force in the submission of the learned Counsel for the revision petitioners and accordingly, the following direction is issued: The lower Court, shall do well to see that I.A.No.632 of 2012 in O.S.No.209 of 2012 is disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no stay by any Court and if there is no legal impediment for disposing of the same. 5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
