Judgment : A.M. Khanwilkar, J. - 1. Heard counsel for the parties. Rule. 2. Rule made returnable forthwith by consent. Counsel for the respondents-Board waives notice. Taken up for final disposal by consent. By these petitions, direction is sought against the respondents to pay statutory bonus to the petitioners alongwith interest. According to the petitioners, the issue has been considered by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 92 of 2009, decided on 3rd August, 2010, in HPSEB and others versus Sumitra Devi. Counsel for the respondents, in all fairness, accepts that the said decision has attained finality. 4. In the circumstances, we dispose of these petitions with direction to the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners and take appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with law, in view of the observations made in Sumitra Devi's case. The cases of the petitioners be decided expeditiously, not later than two months from today and decision, so taken, be communicated to the petitioners within the same time. Petitions disposed of accordingly.
