Judgment :- K.N. Basha & P. Devadass, J. 1. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the relief of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner’s association before the respondent dated 11.09.2012. 2. Mr. S. Manohar, learned standing counsel takes notice for respondent. 3. By mutual consent of both the Patrice, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. Mr. M. Karunanithi, learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that a representation was given seeking for the same relief on 11.09.2012 and as there was no response, the petitioner was constrained to file the present writ petition. 5. Heard Mr. S. Manohar learned counsel on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. We have carefully considered the submissions made by either side and also perused the materials available on record. 7. It is seen that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 11.09.2012. In view of the same, without going into merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2012, we are constrained to direct the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2012 by affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as opportunity to other relevant parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner shall also furnish a fresh copy of the representation dated 11.09.2012 and within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of receiving such representation, the above said exercise shall be completed by the respondent herein within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the representations. 8. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly, No costs.
