Judgment :- 1. The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to get set aside the order dated 05.08.2008 passed in I.A.No.398 of 2007 in O.S.No.102 of 2007, by the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai. 2. Heard both sides. 3. At the hearing, it transpired that being aggrieved by the order dated 05.08.2008 passed in I.A.No.398 of 2007 in O.S.No.102 of 2007, in ordering attachment before judgment, this Civil Revision Petition has been focussed. 4. In my considered opinion, it is only an appealable order under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure. 5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the revision petitioner to file the appeal before the regular Appellate Court concerned, excluding the time taken for prosecuting this Civil Revision Petition. No costs.
