Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. He has also submitted a letter dated 30.01.2013 to the Registry, to that effect. 2. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
