JUDGMENT 1. - The petitioners were elected as Members of Municipal Board, Mundwa, Nagaur and remained member upto expiry of term of elected Member. By this writ petition they have claimed that allowances have not been paid to them in accordance with Circular dated 1.7.1998 (Annex.1). 2. It is contended in the writ petition that some of the petitioners have not received allowances from July 1998 upto the date they remained Member of Municipal Board, Mundawa and some of the petitioners have not received allowances from Sept., 2002 upto the date they remained Member of Municipal Board Mundawa. It is admitted position that the term of the petitioners as elected Member of Municipal Board has already been expired. 3. In these facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this writ petition and the petitioners are free to approach the appropriate forum for the purpose of recovery of the allowances. 4. The writ petition is hereby dismissed.Petition Dismissed. *******
