Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, who would echo the heart-burns of his client to the effect that the revision petitioner filed the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2007 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Court, Madurai for partition; the Lower Court is granting adjournments without any valid reason and the second defendant is also deliberately dragging on the matter. Hence, he would pray for a direction to the Lower Court for speedy disposal of the suit. 2. In these circumstances, I would like to mandate thus: The Lower Court shall do well to see that the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2007 is disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment in disposing of the same. 3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
