Judgment :- 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, (Camp Court -Usilampatti), to expedite the proceedings in I.A.No.106 of 2011 in A.S.No.145 of 2007, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner. 3. The learned Counsel for the revision petitioner would echo the cri de coeur and heart burns of his client to the effect that the I.A.No.106 of 2011 in A.S.No.145 of 2007 is pending ever since the year 2011 onwards without any progress. Hence, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner would pray for suitable direction to the lower Court to dispose of the said I.A., within a time frame. 4. I could see considerable force in the submission of the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner and accordingly, the following direction is issued: The lower Court shall do well to see that I.A.No.106 of 2011 in A.S.No.145 of 2007 is disposed of within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no stay by any Court and if there is no legal impediment for disposing of the same. 5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
