ORDER: 1. Petitioners filed I.A.No.16622 of 2012 in O.S.No.6567 of 2012 and also filed I.A.No.17061 of 2012 in I.A.No.15857 of 2012 in O.S.No.6567 of 2012 to get themselves impleaded as defendants 9 to 26 in the suit and respondents 9 to 26 in the interlocutory application filed by the plaintiff. Those two applications were dismissed and aggrieved by the same, these two revisions are filed. 2. C.R.P. PD No.4258 of 2012 was filed challenging the order made in I.A.No.15857 of 2012 dated 15.11.2012. That revision was dismissed. The suit in O.S.No.6567 of 2012 was filed by the first respondent herein for the relief of declaration that the Extraordinary General Body Meeting of the Tamil Film Producers Council called for on 28.10.2012 is illegal and for permanent injunction and in C.R.P. PD No.3991 of 2012, an order was passed by this court on 23.10.2012 permitting the convening of the Extraordinary General Body Meeting on 28.10.2012 and that order was confirmed in S.L.P. (Civil) No.35135 of 2012 and thereafter, the meeting was convened and voting had taken place in that meeting and the XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, by order dated 15.11.2012, directed the opening of the ballot box and counting of votes on 20.11.2012 and that order was challenged in C.R.P. PD No.4258 of 2012 and that revision was also dismissed. Considering the same, C.R.P.PD No.4311 of 2012 has become infructuous as orders passed in I.A.No.15857 of 2012 dated 15.11.2012 was upheld by this court in C.R.P. PD No.4258 of 2012and accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 3. As regards C.R.P. PD No.4310 of 2012 is concerned, the petitioners have filed application to implead themselves as parties to the suit and having regard to the relief prayed for in the suit as stated supra, the revision petitioners are not necessary or proper parties and hence, the court below has rightly dismissed the application and I do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the court below and the revision is dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
