Copy of this order be made over to the Registrar General and OSD (Central Project Coordinator & Computer Cell) for information and necessary action. For the reasons recorded in paragraphs No. 7 to 9 in particular, no interference in exercise of LPA is warranted. The conclusion reached by the learned Single Judge is a possible view of and supported by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court, which has attained finality. Hence, dismissed.
