JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 and 9. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, a counter affidavit had been filed on behalf of the respondents 1 to 7. Paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit reads as follows: "4. I state that under Special priority on his turn 30 days notice was issued on 01.11.2010 to him to produce all the revenue records and to report his readiness to avail the free agricultural service on or before 03.12.2010. In this connection the readiness was entered in Kalasamuthiram section. Priority No.67/04.01.2011 in the name of Thiru. Mahavishnu s/o. Periyasamy. The above application (Priority No.67/04.01.2011) was fixed in then current year Target (2012-2013). The Agriculture Service may be effected on or before 31.03.2013." 3. In view of the said averments made in paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents 1 to 7, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
