JUDGMENT At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that this Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition in order to approach the civil forum to seek his remedy. He had also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
