Ajay Kumar Mittal, J.;— The prayer made in the petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for registration of FIR under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code against respondents No.5 to 8. Section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure deals with registration of First Information Report (FIR). The petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, no ground for issuance of any such direction is made out. The petition is dismissed.
