JUDGEMENT A.M.KHANWILKAR,J - 1. HEARD counsel for the parties. 2. THIS writ petition is filed to issue mandamus to the police Authorities to ensure compliance of direction No.3 contained in order dated 13th December, 2012 given in CWP No.5736 of 2012 in particular. Direction No.3 in the said order reads thus:- "3. In order to ensure that there is no disruption caused by any person, the Superintendents of Police, Solan and Bilaspur are directed to maintain law and order at all the entry and exit points." The communications, which are appended to the writ petition, nowhere disclose as to how the police Authorities failed to maintain law and order at the entry and exit points on any given day and especially when the petitioner wanted to transport goods from Bagha to different destinations and Camp Office, Jukhala enroute in District Bilaspur. 3. LEARNED Advocate General submits that the petitioner has not disclosed the crucial fact that appropriate arrangements . have been made by the police Authorities at all the entry and exit points. Further no grievance has been received by the police Authorities about the breach of law and order situation at any of the entry and exit points. Unless the petitioner reports that fact to the police Authorities, the police Authorities cannot verify the allegations of the petitioner. 4. REALIZING this position, counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition, so that the petitioner can approach the concerned police Authorities as and when occasion arises in future. Petition disposed of accordingly, so also the pending application(s), if any.
